This section is designed to help answer questions you may have about using the Online Shop.

When will my order be processed?

Once an order has been placed via the official website, we will aim to process it within five working days.

How much will I be charged for delivery?

Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling and include a handling fee and VAT at the current rate.

Once you have entered the country to which the goods are to be delivered (and before you have confirmed your order) the charges for packaging and postage are shown.

Deliveries to UK addresses - £5.95; deliveries to Europe - £12.00; deliveries to the Rest of the World - £20.00.

NB: any parcel weighing more than 2kg will incur a postal surcharge. This will be notified to the recipient for their agreement before the goods are dispatched.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and will require a signature from the recipient. Royal Mail aims to deliver items within three working days, but does quote up to ten working days for delivery. All orders to Europe and the Rest of the World are sent by Air Mail and will also require a signature from the recipient. For this service, Royal Mail aims to deliver items within two weeks but does quote up to six weeks. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties, payable on receipt. You will be liable for these duties.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (except Diners and Amex); we also accept all major debit cards such as Switch and Solo. .

What happens if I want to exchange or return an item?

Is it possible to check the availability of an item?

We endeavour to ensure only items (and sizes) held in stock appear in the online shop; we will, of course, inform you if an item that you've ordered has gone out of stock.

What happens if I do order something that is out of stock?

Where elements of your order are not in stock, we will contact you to ask how you wish to proceed.

Can I collect items which I have ordered online in person?

Unfortunately this is not possible. All orders that are placed online will be dispatched by post.

Is it possible to get names and numbers printed on shirts?

Unfortunately, we do not have the necessary equipment to offer this service.

Why are the replica shirts close-fitting and not baggy like rugby shirts used to be?

The current crop of replicas are technical garments, made from high-wicking fabrics; these fabrics work far more effectively when they are in reasonably close proximity with your body - if they are cut baggy, you don't get the benefits of the excellent fabric.

For those fans who prefer a looser garment (in a non-technical fabric), we offer the classic shirt as an alternative.

Do you have a merchandise brochure?

The online shop is kept more up-to-date than a brochure could ever be. Occasionally, however, we may produce some printed material for promotion of the merchandise.
